He went above and beyond cleaning our windows and even told me that if I ever needed them cleaned again, he’d be happy to stop by. That kind of kindness and thoughtfulness really stood out to me. The entire crew was so respectful of my home, my kids, and me throughout the whole process. They worked efficiently, did a super good job, and left everything spotless. I couldn’t be happier with the results and the experience. I hired Window Doctor for a few small projects based on the great reviews online. I scheduled a service call to quote me on - 1.) replacing a broken glass pane, 2.) sealing a couple windows, and 3.) replacing an old window. When the technician came out we discussed the project and the technician indicated that they would replace the old window with the closest option to my existing windows and that it would look very similar. The Company did a great job replacing the glass pane and sealing my windows, but I was disappointed with the replacement window. Per the photo attached, it does not look anything like my existing windows. Joe and his team did a great job on our 5 windows and a door install. I was pleasantly surprised on how quick they were able to get the job done. They fixed the problems that were found before they left. Communication was great, they kept up updated through the whole process. We received our initial quote in March, and they were able to keep the price the same as the quote, no surprises there. Would definitely recommend and use their service again! We live next to the railroad and the sound difference from our old widows is better.

Window Doctor installed a replacement bay window for us last fall. They were able to replace the window (picture and 2 double-hungs) without replacing the frame, which was still in good shape. This saved us a considerable amount of money. Joe, Dylan and their team got the install finished up before Christmas. Window Doctor kept us informed about scheduling throughout the process. We're very pleased with our installation and our interactions with the staff.
