What an amazing experience with the Window Factory! Every step of the process was smooth and seamless. Sarah and Rachel are so responsive and great communicators. The team showed up on time, worked efficiently and did an incredible job installing new windows for us. We had another window company who said they wouldn’t touch our windows without a contractor’s help. The Window Factory said replacing our windows was no problem so we didn’t have to hire a contractor. Incredible job!

From start to finish this company was stellar. The communication was amazing and not only were the prices reasonable, the customer service and workmanship was 10/10. We are so happy with the service we received. This company is undoubtedly one of the best experiences we have ever had upgrading our home. We will definitely use them again for our window replacement in the future . Thank you so much for helping us with our project.

Very happy with our experience replacing two windows with sliding doors. Install was very efficient and done to a high standard.

Jose and crew were punctual, fast and clean with the replacement of a patio door. It was not cheap by any means but overall we were happy with the outcome. Would definitely recommend Window Factory and we’ll likely use them again for future projects.
