Window Installation by The Home Depot

Had a Security screen installed. HD handled the whole thing from measuring, ordering & installing. I paid extra to put identical lock on existing door so it all single key. They communicated well up to the install day. The installers were professional and did a great job. I will use HD for other projects in the future

We purchased a sliding barn door for the doorway between our primary bedroom and bathroom. We also had Home Depot do the installation. The process was simple and we did it all online. The Home Depot team was helpful and very responsive as we had questions through the process. They also kept us informed as we worked through an issue with missing parts in the shipping from the manufacturer. LI never had to wonder that was happening since they reached out regularly keeping us updated all through the process.

Very frustrating experience. Incorrect trim shipped, installation team could not finish the job. No body is willing to fix the issue. Terrible communication.

Doors arrived and had Home Depot’s install team preform the work. The install tech installed the door handles in the wrong spot. They moved them to the correct spot but left large holes in the door. I reached out to customer service and have yet to hear back. Doors look horrible. It’s been over a month.

Purchased 3 solid wood doors to replace 3 hollow doors. Doors were varnished prior being sent to store. The process between ordering the doors and installation took much longer than I anticipated.
