Window Installation by The Home Depot

My home depot install experience has been a complete nightmare. It started with my in home consultation. The sales representative 1st quoted me windows that weren't tempered. This changed the price of original quote by several hundred dollars. The next major mistake was when he came out to do final measurements he realized he had forgotten a window completely. This changed original quote several thousand dollars. Once the windows were manufactured and ready for install the home depot canceled and rescheduled install 6 different times. Once they finally got install crew up here there was snow and the install crew was not equipped to position the lift that was required to do windows causing me to miss additional work. They did an awesome job on the installation of our storm door. He got Here at the time, promised, explain what he was gonna be doing, and proceeded to install the door. He was professional, And friendly. It’s the first time I’ve had Home Depot doing an installation, and I was very pleased with the outcome. I highly recommend their services!

We had a sliding glass door installed and had a great experience. The guys that came to do the installation were wonderful. I accidentally ordered the wrong orientation of the door and they took it back to Home Depot and got the correct one. Genuinely nice guys that did a great job. Thanks!

Our storm door project was completed totally to our satisfaction. We are very pleased with the door itself. The installation was done on time as promised. The installer was skilled, knew the door well and was very professional. Highly recommend the door and installer.
