Had a 3 panel sliding door installed, it replaced Anderson door. The door leaks air and lets in snow. Not happy at all. My old Anderson door was much better. The photos are the snow inside. I have a video of my sheer curtains actually moving significantly. Still waiting on a phone call for someone to look at it. The door was installed November 10, 2025. Wish I would’ve never changed the door.

Chris Dobbin was an outstanding salesman. He stayed engaged with my front door install from the initial order to completion and final adjustments. The installment of my new Vytex windows went well. However, the windows haven't proved to be well made, durable and reliable. It's been a little over a year since the installation and I am already having problems. I am supposed to have the ability to open the windows from the inside to clean the outside portion. I've done this on two windows so far and both have not closed properly, leaving the windows open a bit which allows air in and the window then becomes unlockable. Also, many of the windows will not stay open on their own. I must use a prop to keep them open. I have spent a few weeks now trying to get a technician out to evaluate the problem. I've made a few phone calls, sent a few emails back and forth with a representative, and just now (almost 2 weeks later) was able to p
