We had an excellent experience with the purchase and installation of a new front door, from Bob giving us a tour of the showroom floor, to our home appointment with Michael, who walked us through all the different choices available, to Shane completing the installation and making sure everything looked beautiful and worked perfectly. Window Outfitters just recently completed replacement of our home's decaying builder-grade windows with Provia vinyl triple-pane windows. The difference is amazing! Our natural gas bills have decreased by more than 15% in the past few months. The look of the windows, both inside and outside, has solicited positive comments from our neighbors. The installation crew was absolutely the best. Solid, experienced workmanship performed by really nice people who know their stuff. Really enjoyed working with David (sales) and Victor (install). Both great people and provided excellent service. The Mon Ray storm windows are the best! Victor wrapped Al our old wood windows with aluminum so they are now maintenance free too. So much quieter in our house and we now have a fresh air blowing through. Would recommend to anyone looking to avoid a full window replacement for their home.
