We utilize this company for a building I manage, to replace any glass that gets cracked, moisture entry, damaged track parts, etc and it’s a smooth process every single time! The gentleman that comes to the building arrives when scheduled, is communicative of any ordering delays, friendly to our residents and completes the work quickly/cleanly. I would highly recommend them and we will continue to make them our first call!

My HOA hired these folks to fix a window between the 2nd and 3rd floors where the glass was separating from the wooden frame. They were EXCELLENT and professional communicators (I work with a lot of repair people) and showed up within a reasonable 2-hour window for both the quote and the repair. They left the repair area tidy after they fixed everything. The price was also fair; they reattached the glass to the frame and recaulked the outside of the window. Would definitely use them again for future repairs. As a board member, I cannot express how much I appreciate clear and professional communication about timing and doing what you say you'll do, for a fair price. Thank you so much!

Ali did a fantastic job fixing our Marvin window. Broken shoe and balance tube after many years of cleaning both sides of the window and opening / closing it. Professional , prompt , thorough, reasonable price . He knows it all. Has contact with glass factory if need that too. Can’t DIY these things- call a professional - Ali !

5 Stars!!! Had a seemingly minor issue closing a window (latch & hinge) that I couldn’t figure out on my own. It’s a Pella window with expired warranty, so the Pella team wouldn’t touch it! Called the team at Window Repair Group on a Friday and they were at my house on Saturday morning to “take a look”…They had it fixed in less than an hour! Fast, communicative, respectful and INCREDIBLY reasonable price. I will absolutely be calling this team for all of my future window needs. P.S. I watched the team fix the issue…no chance I could ever do that on my own! 🤣

I can’t say enough about the great experience we had with Ruslan and the window repair group. First call I made and was able to get a quote by text on a Sunday afternoon a week later I had a new slider pane installed where the seal had broke and fogged the pane. This group is awesome and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. I don’t often write reviews but this one is well worth the 5 star review.
