I recently ordered some custom screens from Debi at window solutions. She was instrumental in working with the manufacturing and getting the exact specs for the screens I needed. Unfortunately, they didn’t work out and I can’t say enough about how well they handled the return process on the screens. They were courteous and stand up all the way. I just had 2 new windows replaced this morning at my apartment and could not be any happier with the service and care of these two very professional installers! Both Jesse and Mohammed were as kind and friendly as they could be. I have new carpet and was worried about them going in and out but before I could even say anything they had brought in tons of painters drop cloths to protect the flooring. They answered all my questions with ease and a smile. I can’t remember having such great service with any company like I did with this one. We had several quotes for work to be done, which included more than window replacements. We had 2 windows and one door removed, and had a sliding door installed. A special order window, with nine smaller windows, was made and looks great! Everything looks great! Inside and outside! Their quote was more in our price range than 3 others. Everyone involved in the process was very professional and on time. Questions were answered within hours. We have recommended their services to others. Photos show old vs new.

We chose Windows Solutions after being referred by multiple neighbors and we are so happy we went with them to replace 13 of our original single-pane windows with Simonton double-pane. The salesperson, David, was very responsive and answered all of our question and gave us great ideas and suggestions on our replacement windows. Jesse and his team did the installation in one day and sent us pictures mid-day to show us the project status which was so nice and unexpected. They did a such great job!
