Window World of Central Valley

Amazing and Wow! From the first phone call to the end of the install the experience was easy , stress free and professional. Our rep , Brad Bjork , was fantastic with all the questions we threw at him. He even answered my texts after hours ! The windows are beautiful and the quality exceeded our expectations. The install team were a great group of guys . I was impressed with how tidy they kept everything as they worked. No sign that they were here except the gorgeous new windows. The gorgeous windows cut down road noise and create shade. Thank you Window World Central Valley !

First we had all house windows replaced, then 2 French doors, and now we just went back for our actual front door. Sales rep Brad was amazing, detailed, efficient, and honest. I would recommend this company to anyone. The installing crew led by Jason and his brother were the best I have ever experienced and I own a home building company. Very thorough. Again - call and schedule a consultation with Brad!

UPDATE: we were sent “new” windows, that are leaking and still terrible quality.. you barely lift up to open the window and the entire frame bends. We were told this was the “top of the line” windows they have. If that is the case, I would hate to see their worst. Cant get in touch with the manager to get this situation resolved… so we are at this point contacting a lawyer. If i could give them 0 stars, I would. Let me start by saying we are building a new house, & ordered their “highest end” windows. They get here to install them one day while we are working and we get home to them being halfway done and notice they are the WRONG window, & they didnt flash any of the windows. The installers said the notes stated specifically no flashing… and to take it up with the management team. We ha

Window World made the whole process of getting new windows easy and affordable. They helped us every step of the way. Brad Bjork was very helpful and patient with us as we chose the windows we wanted. He was always very responsive when we asked questions. The installers did an amazing job when they were there and cleaned everything up. You could barely tell that our house was worked on that day. There was practically no mess. Window World was the most affordable place around and we love our new windows!

Window World has made our dream come true. Eight years ago when we bought our first home, we never could have imagined it looking the way it does now. A huge thank you to Brad our designer, and leader, through it all. We are beyond the moon. Excellent company and 5 stars hands down!
