Window World of Chattanooga

Window World was great! From Pam the office manager, to Josh our salesman, to Brock the measurer, and Andy project installer supervisor they were always professional, punctual, and answered all of our questions! Our house had almost 30 year old windows before and now we have absolutely beautiful windows! Would definitely recommend renovating and upgrading with Window World!

Window World is INCREDIBLE. They truly stand by their product. Have their windows in our house and had a patio door and front door installed this time at daughter’s house. They took great care in measuring and the install with Silvio and his team were very friendly and professional. We are very pleased. Highly recommend Window World. Price may be more than say Home Depot or Lowe or Lowe’s but you can not beat the quality & factor they stand by their product. You get what you pay for!

Silvio and his crew did amazing work, they were very polite and respectful. They cleaned up after themselves both inside and outside. They worked with me as I had to shuffle animals between rooms during the install. Silvio explained in detail how the windows, doors and storm doors worked making sure I understood how to work them, we even received touch up kits for the doors in both colors for use down the road when and if needed. Steve Oney (Consultant) was so patient with my husband and I as we picked out products and colors. He took the time to explain the whole process from start to finish with us multiple times and payment options on multiple occasions. He also answered our 100's of questions with great knowledge. We had a great experience with Window World and I would highly recommend

Four times in 14 years I have had work done, twice on an older building owned by the Masonic Lodge in Dayton and twice my home. Four times I have had great teams who have performed the work. Four times I have witnessed the best in Promptness, Communication, Pride in their work, excellence in craftsmanship. I would recommend them highly. They are a little pricy however compared to Anderson they are over twice as economical. Your home is your investment you will save lots of money whilst contributing to a greener planet. Lastly they do what they say when they say they will do it. They also guarantee their work that in itself is huge.

The guy that put in my windows very professional did a great job. And I really like my windows. But watch out for the $300 site set up and landfilled. Charge They didn't have anything at my house to throw away. They were able to back right up to the job site. I offered to take the windows myself. There was only 8 aluminum storm windows. The guy insisted on taking them. So I don't feel like I got anything for that. $300 that I spent they have a very good gig going on there.
