Window World is a great company to work with. Randy, our technician, installed 12 windows in my home in no time at all. He was quick, efficient, thorough and polite. We hardly knew he was there as we went about our busy day. I will be working with Randy and Window World again to finish my windows and possibly new siding in the future. We had a great experience choosing Window World for our new windows. Our salesman, Dave Koenig, was very knowledgeable, patient and very helpful in choosing the windows that best fits our needs. He measured our windows so that they fit perfectly. The crew, Markie and Kjas did a phenomenal job. They were very professional and respectful installing new windows at both of our properties in a timely manner, even though the weather didn't cooperate. It was so cold! They kept us informed of everything they were doing and showed us how the new windows operated. Their clean up was fantastic throughout the whole process. We LOVE our new windows! We will definitely recommend Window World to anyone and everyone!

Doug was our sales rep. And he was great. He did a good job of explaining the installation process, warranty, and all of our questions. Pricing was straightforward and Doug did not try to alter the price with offers for other things. It was one of the best in home sales presentations we have had and we appreciate Doug for this.

From start to finish the service was exceptional. From our salesman Doug- which was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions and was not in any way pushy, to the crew that did the installation ( which I unfortunately didn’t get names) to Jim the operations manager that followed up with a couple touch ups, the whole process was a positive experience.
