Window World of Fargo

If you are looking to have doors or windows replaced/installed, I would highly recommend Window World of Fargo! We received top notch service from start to finish!! Starting with Devin for the consultation, to Jim scheduling a time for our project that worked best for us to Ademar and his installation crew for getting the job done!! What was supposed to be a 2 day project, Ademar and his crew were able to get our project done in 1 day!! We couldn't be happier with the end result!!

We had the windows and doors replaced 4 months ago with a nearly $50,000 loan. Since November we have had uncontrollable moisture resulting in MOLD. We followed their care of not closing blinds and having fans/circulation, yet the condensation continues. The mold is dangerous and alarming. I have reached out twice for their warranty with no response. The cost of the windows was more than a new a new vehicle but the warranty is to be unseen. We had better seal, moisture control, along with less health concerns with our 20 year old windows than those from Window World. I waited to post this review in hopes they would remedy this problem but I haven't even received a reply in weeks. We are so pleased with the work that Ademar and crew did installing our windows and patio door! They were very courteous, friendly and did a great job with cleaning debris afterwards! Window World provides great products and we are very happy with our window choices! We appreciated the daily check-in and follow-up from Jim! We just got our new windows from Window World and they sent out Manuel Made Construction crew to install them. Victor and Alex were wonderful to work with. Polite, detail oriented, and so efficient. We appreciate their hard work and the great job they did. They left the area incredibly clean and took great pride in their work. We look forward to referring them whenever possible.
