Window World of Harford

I had a great experience with Window World of Harford while having three basement windows replaced by them. The ordering process was simple, turn around time for the windows was fast, and the install crew arrived early and worked very well - they exceeded my expectations. Customer service engagements in between ordering and install were positive and I found everyone to be very courteous and friendly. I find all of this to be a good value and am very happy with my new windows and the service Window World of Harford provided.

The staff at Window World was great from start to finish. The scheduling appointment was seamless, the salesman right on time and not an overeager salsey type. He took the time to explain everything about my new windows without ever making me feel like I was under pressure. And the installation team, LT and his partner, were top notch! On time, professional, and excellent at the installation. They went above and beyond for me and I can't express how wonderful it was to work with them and this company!
