I appreciate the transparent pricing! The initial in home estimate was quick with no BS which I appreciate. The only issue was followup. I used email but did not get a response. I decided to just walk into the store to get my questions answered. It was helpful to see the difference style windows. The people were very kind and patient with me. I purchased the windows right then and there. Installation day took about 8 hrs for 10 windows and some tare down/reconstruction needed. I was reimbursed for the trim because the one offered was too thin. I appreciate them looking out for me as well as offering suggestions on how they could use the trim but add some more to it. Sales guy Zack was super awesome and help us thru the whole process. Windows were in 6 weeks just as promised. Installation of 5 windows took 6 hours. It was December and cold, but it was not problem at all for them. We are very happy how everything looks now….

The sales portion of our window shopping experience was good. Our windows came in a few weeks sooner than anticipated which we were thrilled about. The only reason I’m giving 3 stars is for the installation process. We had 10 windows installed in about 4 1/2 hrs. The men installing the windows reeked of cigarette smoke and often took smoke breaks. I’m not against taking breaks as this is very labor-intensive work. But the cigarette smell lingered in my home all day. I have asthma and I have a small toddler at home that was breathing that in all day. I was expecting our new, expensive windows, to be clean appearing after installation. There’s a lot of residue of some sort smeared on each window. We had half of our windows replaced several years ago by Window World so when one of our remaining old windows cracked we quickly contacted Window World again. The entire process only took about 6 weeks to complete this time. The staff are amazing, helpful, polite, and professional. We love our windows. They are easy to clean and they are more insulating so we pay less for our utilities. We recommend Window World to everyone.
