Window World of Lexington

On December 30, 2025, I had 3 windows replaced. This was the second job I had window world complete for me in 2025 at my house with a total replacement of 11 windows. Both jobs were a few months apart but it has been my first time working with this company. I had no problems with installation services. I reside in Lincoln County. The first job was paid in full with the second job financed using the Wells Fargo payment plan they offer. Everyone’s been nice, communicable and I am enjoying my new windows as the others were just wore out. when I bought this house a couple had window AC damage from the prior owner. Window world tore out the rotten areas and did wood structure replacement. This wasn’t free but I was happy the windows that needed extra TLC were able to be addressed at the time

I love my new windows! The crazy weather delayed my install a little bit. The office staff was patient with my calls asking “when”. My installers were awesome! They were curious and very knowledgeable. They answered all of my questions or concerns throughly!

I had 11 windows replaced and they did it all in one day. They cleaned everything up and were very professional. I had wooden windows which were beautiful but not good at preventing drafts and noise. My new windows are excellent. They really cut down on the noise and no more drafts. The most difficult thing was waiting for the windows to be made. It was about 6 weeks from the ordering of the windows till installation. I was very happy with the price. I would recommend this company with no reservations.

From beginning to the end was one of the most pleasant experiences we had. This was our second time using Window World of Lexington for window replacement in our 60 year old home. The home was built using lumber with true board foot measurements including 2" x 4", which required a more precise measurement and installation in order to meet interior and exterior facade depths. The installer was on time and completed the 2nd floor window tear out and re-install in a timely and efficiently manner. The outside temp was in the low 30's and the installer took every precaution required not to lose existing heat in the home. He cleaned up both the interior and and exterior and hauled away the debris. The process, product, and install meet our expectations for price, quality and service. We will use Window World of Lexington on the next set of windows.
