What a positive experience with Window World of Madison! It started at the beginning with Robert. So impressed with his knowledge of what he was selling. Yes, they should be but we all know they sometimes are not. He answered all our questions without hesitation. He measured thoroughly. To double check, the owner, Preston, stopped in and re-measured. Installation day was a sight. Jesse and his crew were here on time and ready to work. To watch the process unfold was so interesting. All so carefully planned. After the old window was out and there was just this huge area covered in plastic, Jesse said "OK, we'll be back Monday to finish up." Humor on top of exceptional work. Made my day! The bay window was extremely heavy! I felt bad as they struggled a bit with the weight. Perfect fit! Kudo

My experience with window world has been nothing but positive. I was a little skeptical at first about the life time warranty. We have had our windows now for 10 years have needed very little service but when we have called everything is taken care of by Eric very professionally and timely

Had 2 patio doors replaced Window World staff were amazing to work with. Reasonably priced and great work with the installation. Plan on working with them again this summer to replace 2 more patio doors.

We had several new windows installed in our home in 2023. We have had issues with two of the windows and have had to call several times to have the tech come out to look at and fix the windows. I had a contractor at my house for a seperate reason who looked at my window and told me its not sealed properly. I reached back out to Window world about this and had to send pictures and we ultimately needed a new frame as there were significant gaps between the window and seal even after the "fix" I had to reach out two times for an update on the status of the order for our new frame. I was contacted at the end of September and I was told it would be the 1st week of October they would have our new frame and they would be in touch once its recieved to schedule the new install. I have yet to hear t
