Great job overall! The sales guy was pleasurable, relatable, listened, and a straight shooter. The installation team was small, but quick and paid attention to detail wanting to make it a quality installation. They provided all the necessary information explaining the next steps. With a couple of follow-up items, the service team communicated well and provided the service work at the same level experienced throughout the process. Glad to have selected them for our windows and doors!

In May we purchased a new 3 piece window set for our home . We were told 8-10 weeks . That’s fine , around the 10 week point I called and what do you know , our window was in and we were scheduled for installation. The installer came out , took out the old window and installed the new one and pointed out the crack in the top portion of the middle window . He did a great job . He said window world would order a new one and be in contact with us . Of course days went by , so I called . I had to leave a message with the installation manager and he would call me back . Again , this did not happen . In fact I called 3 times and got no return call . When I called back again I had a very nice female who helped , however when the new window came in they called my husband instead . Ok , so they sen

About 20 years ago we replaced most of the windows in our house. It was past time to replace the windows on our porch. I researched and interviewed 7 other window companies and stayed with W.W. They did a great job. The windows needed to be adjusted and the service man who came out went above and beyond. I highly recommend Window World of Jacksonville.

I'm writing this review on behalf of my customer service today. Technician Michael came to assist with what I thought was an issue with my windows only to discover the problem was the user (me)! Michael was extremely patient and helpful with getting me to understand how to operate the window. These are non-standard windows. He patiently explained and demonstrated how to properly open, remove for cleaning and close. I've had these for about 3 years and really didn't remember any of what he showed me today. Chalk it up as user error but Michael was a kind young man and did not make me feel like an idiot or rush me in anyway. He allowed me to open, remove and close to insure I understood.
