From day one I have received nothing but the most professional service from the sales all the way through to the installation team. If there were any hiccups along the way there was always a line of communication to keep us informed. I would highly recommend the services of this company for any of your household needs from replacing your roof, gutters, siding, and finally the doors and windows.

We only needed one large window replaced. Window World gave us the best price after several other quotes. Their installation crew was on time, very neat and the window was installed and looks great.

We were treated with exceptional care from the beginning of the project to clean up. The installation crew was prompt, polite, helpful and hardworking! We are extremely pleased with the product, installation and customer service.

Let me start by saying I would not even give one star if I had the option. We signed a contract with Window world in November of 2024 after Helene. We were very gracious in letting them take their time because so many other homes had been effected.We understood there were others in the community that were worse off and allowed them to take their time. Brandon was the sales person and seemed very helpful from the beginning. I made it very clear from the beginning that there were two concerns I had. First I want all of the rotten and soft Masonite removed and new wood installed. Second I wanted him to make sure to stay apart and see the job to completion. Fast forward to July 2025. They start the install with a crew that has been subcontracted out and does not know any of the initial request

The installation process was great. The workmen were polite and professional. They did a great job cleaning up after the installation. It has been almost 6 weeks since the installation and we are still waiting for someone to come back and fix a torn screen that we found over the weekend after the Thursday installation.
