I’m giving 2 stars because I’m satisfied with about half the windows, the inside half. Overall, window world provided me with quality windows and installation. The pricing for the window job was reasonable, and the installation team completed the work efficiently, finishing seven windows in approximately 1.5 hours. However, the estimator did not include the necessary aluminum flashing repair in the original quote. During the quote, I inquired about our older storm windows and if this would be a problem. The estimator told me it would not be an issue. As a result, after installation, there is a visible ring of exposed wood around the window, and the existing aluminum flashing is lifted and no longer meets the window properly. We had a great experience with Window World. Justin (the sales guys) was knowledgeable, low pressure, and very responsive. He even came out to our house twice. The crew (led by Beau & Shawn) was focused, hard working, & professional. They swapped out 20 windows in one day. I’m super pleased with the work they did. They saved us quite a bit of money in comparison to their competitors. And they have a quality product that has been a huge improvement for our home. I’d definitely recommend them! Strap in folks, here we go! My entire experience was amazing. The initial sales call, boom, in, measured, quoted, out. Fantastic, no hassle, no fuss, just answered my questions, got me the information I needed, and got my business. Next up, windows were ordered, and I had to wait about 4 weeks for them. Not surprising, they had to build them. I was expecting 6-8 weeks, so I'm calling that a win. Finally, the installation day came. 5 windows, a three-man crew, came in and got straight to work. Took care of the installation of the windows and new trim out the outside, in about 3 or 4 hours. Gave me a quick run down of how the windows operate, and were on their way. We couldn’t be happier with the entire process! From our first interaction with Barry and every single person we interacted with, to every step along the way, it was easy and seamless. From making the first appointment to final cleanup on the day of installation, every single aspect of the job went great! The communication, the people, the product… all top notch! We are 100% pleased!!

So far, great experience. So much more affordable than the other companies end very responsive. Justin Kempfer is a great sales person, no pressure, just gives you the facts about the windows. I was only going to replace the entry door and patio door but decided to also do the picture window. Next season I will most likely have them do all the windows. The front office called to introduce themselves if I had questions while awaiting product and install. Definitely would recommend!
