Karen at Window World was wonderful. Clay came out and measured and was very knowledgeable and kind. The installers were hard workers and did a wonderful job. Our experience was a great one. Couldn’t ask for any better.

Had Sunroom windows replaced, sales person very responsive, timely order considering specialty windows, installation went smoothly, Crew did a great job cleaning up after the job was completed, follow up call from customer service to verify that job was done to my satisfaction. Would highly recommend Window World to anyone looking to replace the windows in their home.

Window World did a wonderful job on replacing our windows. Scott was knowledgeable and addressed our areas of concern quickly and appropriately. He answered all my questions and was able to get us on the books quickly. The team arrived early and completed the windows within one day. They were professional and communicated when needed. Everything was cleaned up just as it was when they got there. The windows look amazing. I am very pleased with the job.

We love our new windows, we decided to go with the black windows and I am so happy that we did. It really updated our home. Also, the installers were great, worked very hard and were very nice even though it though it was dark before they finished and I think they still had to drive back to Atlanta after completing our window installation. They were working the entire time they were here, I did not even see that stop for a break, they were so focused. So congratulations Window World, you have exceptional employees, I am glad we decided to go with Window World. We are still waiting on our doors but I feel sure that as soon as the doors are delivered to Columbus, they will be installed immediately.

We got five windows installed and my installer was the bomb. He kept the place tidy, vacuumed up everything as he went and it was really no trouble. He even asked several times if the music he played was too loud. That was very kind of him. He was a bit late the second day but other than that we have no complaints. The windows look great and we can already tell, just two days later, a difference in temperature and outside noise. Plus, the style of the windows they put in goes with the style of the house. We would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone.
