There is customer satisfaction, then there is absolute 100% earning that customer by promises made and kept. We had talked to several window companies before this purchase, even prayed about which direction to take. Yet, the afternoon I placed that call to Window World, with Anna answering, we will most certainly never regret. At the beginning, the first impression was that she "cared" that our needs were met, that we were comfortable with the entire process. I admit, we were nervous before meeting Austin, then then ours concerns disappeared. My husband, a disabled veteran, being on veteran pay cements the fact that our purchasing has to be wise. Our windows were installed yesterday. There was NO mistake in choosing Window World. Laura in the scheduling calmed my nerves about the caulk

Our experience with Window World was very good. From the initial visit with the representative to the installation everything went exactly as planned. The representative was knowledgeable and courteous. He gave us all of the information we needed to know exactly what to expect during the window replacement process. The windows are excellent quality and the price was better than that of the competitors that we compared the job with. We love our new windows and it is hard to imagine how the process could have been handled better. The installers were on time, neat, courteous, efficient, and cleaned up well before they left. We recommend Window World to anyone that is in the window replacement market. They made it all so easy.

We noticed a temperature difference within hours. I was able to turn my heat down seven degrees. We had it set at 72 and it was so warm I turned it down to 65 and slept like a baby. We haven’t had to adjust the thermostat since. The hottest room in the house is now comfortable. It was so hot because the rest of the house was cold. Now it is comfortable in all rooms. I highly recommend Shane and his son Hunter. They were very prompt and professional. Shane wanted to make sure we knew how to take care of our windows inside and outside. We are planning to have seven more windows done soon. I am looking forward to calling Sarah to measure the windows and Shane and Hunter putting them in. Thank you Window World for a wonderful experience. We should have done this years ago.

Don't waste time with others, go with the best! Window World makes you feel like family. I got estimates from three other companies. Two said they could not do what I wanted done. The third was outrageously expensive. Thank goodness for Window World. The salesman understood exactly what I wanted and didn't act like I was asking for something impossible to do. The installers had such a can-do attitude and could really think on their feet. The job went smoothly and was done in one day which really surprised me. The results were even nicer than I expected. They did such a good job I have had them back for two other projects. This is definitely the company I will call for my next job!

This is our second time using Window World, and we are thrilled with our new windows! We needed to replace 4 sets of rotted French doors. Travis came out and suggested we replace the doors with giant picture windows instead, for considerable savings. Rob and Memphis did the installation which included tearing out the old doors and building moldings for the new windows (which weighed 300 pounds each). Their craftsmanship and attention to detail was superb. In addition they hauled away everything and left the house spotless. The big windows have completely changed the look and feel of our home. Thank you Travis, Rob, Memphis, and the entire office staff. We highly recommend Window World A+++++
