Ricardo and his team were wonderful! Not only did they do excellent work, they were friendly and pleasant and seemed like a very happy team. We love how our new windows have made a huge difference to the look of our house, and even more we love how they keep the heat of the sun, and the road noise out. The team did a superb job. They arrived a few hours earlier than expected which 8 really appreciated. A clean job was done and the team cleaned up afterwards. My plan is to have other window installed, along with a door, and possibly a skylight for which I would contact Window World again.

Window World has been great from day one! Bruce Bell was our salesman and was informative, kept us up to date, and even went out of his way.. multiple times for us! He explained/showed us everything in detail. The installers were kind, quick, and did a flawless job! Frank came after our inspection passed to finish up covering any holes and checking everything and he was so kind! He arrived on time, and as requested.. called me ahead of time to let me know he was coming. I felt comfortable from start to finish of the whole process. Would highly recommend to anyone!
