Great Anderson Products. I got 2 big windows and a storm door. I had my contractor do the install because other things needed to be done for the new windows and the storm door. Don’t ask them if there is an isssue. They send you back to Anderson who finally agreed to send me the part I needed for the door only after I threatened them with legal action. WindowRama wanted nothing to do with the problem. Beware if you buy from them, you will not get the support you need

Yvonne was great at helping me pick out a window and sliding doors. But the good stops there. Once my order was in, pick-up and home. Both the sliding door and window were damaged. I called immediately, explained the damage, sent the requested photos and crickets. And asked for a service man to come and inspect the damage. Her response "send me the pictures and WE will see if we are going to do anything." Seriously. That's your customer service? I've called again and again and NOT ONE CALL HAS BEEN RETURNED. There was a nice chunk of wood missing from the window. The frame on the sliding doors was covered with packing tape but when removed the frame was all chipped and rough, which is blatantly visible and had to have been seen at the factory prior to shipping. Jeff Chaplar did an amazing job! He was there throughout the project and ensured everything went great! We had a small issue with a door knob and he was able to come back to the house and fix it for us. I recommend using Windowrama and Jeff for any window and door needs.

The work for the installation of my kitchen slider doors was excellent. What most surprised us was the attention to detail of keeping the interior kitchen very clean while work was performed. Great job and spotlessly clean work.
