I had a great experience with Will at window and glass plus. They helped ensure I ordered the right replacement window double pane and ever dropped it off once it was ready. I would highly recommend them for any window and glass issue!

I really want to give these guys a better review but it’s just not deserved. Overall, the team is very friendly, they were prompt to come over and lock in the payment, but did not follow through. Their communication was very poor and they did a poor job for the price tag charged. Pros - Came to my house within a few hours of calling - They were friendly Cons - Poor communication: they took my payment same day and never followed up when they would replace my broken window. I had to personally call in twice and email them to try and get a status. - They charged $125 for labor on a 2ft x 3ft window replacement that took them less then 20 mins to slap together. This doesn’t include the cost of parts. - They did a poor job replacing the window. They didn’t seal the window all the way around,

SMILEZ*** Hands down, a simple phone call, texted a picture sent measurements and payment over the phone 72 hrs later, delivery, cleaning and a placement made my Friday morning. Thank You Mr. Will. I greatly appreciate the communication and timeliness on my order.

Great experience with this company replacing a broken argon gas-filled basement window. Will was super responsive and had the job done even sooner than expected.

Five stars for Windows and Glass Plus. I had a shattered door window pane that was a custom fit. Will cut the glass, fit the frame and fixed it within the hour, which was exemplary service. Honest and fair and very transparent the entire time. Offered a reasonable price and what I thought was going to be a three day situation was fixed at lightning speed. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing quick and honest glass work.
