Great Experience! This a two part review. July 2024 we had a new front door installed along with replacing a french door onto the deck with garden door. The entire process from choosing doors in the showroom, to Roger measuring the jobsite to ensure proper fit, to the install by Clay & Kenny went smoothly with no issues! July 2025, we visited the showroom again and Roger helped us decide on replacement windows and then he came out to measure. Again Clay & Kenny did the install. PERFECT! It is nice to deal with a local family owned business who prides themselves in customer service! And yes, crap does happen, but they stand behind their products and service! Had 6 French doors replaced with Anderson doors.The process went very smoothly.All the water damage was taken care of with out a problem. Every door was properly installed and trimmed out nicely. The installers were easy to work with and cleaned up after each door was done. They have also done 2 dbl windows for us in the past .Very pleased with results. It is nice to get things done right the first time.

As others have mentioned, we had to wait a while and be persistent to get our new door project accomplished. However the door looks great and was an amazing price, and when we had a minor issue a few weeks after the install, the guys came out on a Saturday afternoon to get it fixed up. Really pleased with our purchase!

Bought windows from here multiple times. Everything was simple. Called recently to get some info on a new order and had a bad experience with whoever answered. Ya know, it's really easy to be friendly to someone calling in to place an order. After hanging up, I called Taylor Windows and had an excellent experience talking with someone on their sales team. Lost my business by being rude for no reason.
