Aleena went above and beyond all expectations to secure my Emtek warranty replacement- I am amazed - Thank you ! Always friendly and professional. Your front desk girl in the Atlanta Beach location however is quite the opposite. Not friendly at all. 😐

When we built our home 20 years ago we specified Marvin Integrity windows. They have performed flawlessly for us during those years. One window could not be made in the Integrity line and another Marvin product was substituted. Unfortunately, it suffered some damage and two sash needed replacement. The project took much longer than expected due to problems getting the exact replacement sash but in the end, everything arrived and was professionally installed by the courteous Windows and More team. During the interim, while awaiting final repairs the installation team went out of their way to assure that the damaged sash were secure. Overall we have been well pleased with Marvin products and Windows and More.

Top notch product line and top notch service. Jason Yeomans and the rest of the W&M team (including some fantastic subcontractors) can't be beat. They were great with helping us sift through the endless options we had. They and their contractors worked through some difficult construction challenges in our 1960 home, and did a fantastic job with installation and the related carpentry and brickwork that was required. After the job was complete they followed up to make sure we were satisfied and when we did have an issue (a minor issue that was my fault) they were on it immediately. Finally, they always responded to my calls promptly (within a day at most, and often immediately), which is something I really appreciate. Can't say enough goods things about Windows and More. They put all our windows, sliding doors, custom Mahogany doors, interior doors and hardware on our new home. From the onset of meeting with Jason the owner he knew exactly what I wanted. I showed him examples and he came up with the finished product which I couldn't be more pleased with. The installation team was incredible. They were always prompt, professional and left a clean jobsite!!! Since our installation we have had a few minor adjustments and they are always immediate in their response. Thank you Windows & More for a job well done!!!
