I contacted this business and spoke with someone, who I believe was the owner, on September 2, 2025 regarding cleaning windows. He arranged an appointment for September 5th to survey and appraise what needed to be done. The individual never showed up for the appointment and did not call. This resulted in a significant inconvenience as other plans were cancelled in order to be present for the visit. I subsequently contacted another business who completed the work. That business appraised the job and gave an estimate by having me send photos, a method that resulted in no inconvenience to anyone. Windows Plus Inc instead chose to make a home visit and then failed to keep the appointment. I do not recommend Windows Plus Inc.
