The entire team at Windows Plus was top notch and made our whole window replacement experience so easy! From working with. Todd who came out and measured the windows to Mike who arranged the installation and estimate, to Kenneth and Justin who did the installation. They were all so easy to work with. Plus being able to get the color that we wanted at no extra price that a competitor was going to make us pay $200 more for per window. Cannot say enough good about the company and their team. We chose Windows plus for a whole house storm rated window replacement 2 years ago. The sales person was sincere, honest and very low pressure compared to the other 2 companies that bid the job. The sales person presented the product in a casual way that didn't feel "corporate". When he was done with the presentation, there were no one time offers presented because we looked like such a nice family or "my boss is gonna hate me for doing this offers". He left with just a quote and a description of how and when the installation crew would do their work. We liked that the of the product being demonstrated appeared to be robust and met our needs at a reasonable price so we went with them. The installation went well and on schedule. I recently had a new sliding glass door installed, and this team did a phenomenal job. They were prompt, professional, and completed the job quickly without sacrificing quality. Their attention to detail and efficient work made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend them for anyone needing glass installations or similar services!

I will never do business with Windows Plus of Pensacola ever again. I hired them to do a job - sealing a leaky flashing on top of an exterior window. They charged me over $700 to "seal" the window. They applied cheap painter's caulk only to the sides of the window, not addressing the top of the window or the flashing! They flat out refused to have a competent person inspect the work after I told them their repairs did nothing to fix the leak. I had to hire another company to do the work properly. They also provided pictures of the problem area and a letter of explanation showing nothing had been done to seal it. The Windows Plus owner refused to refund my money until I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. He wouldn't return phone calls or email. Only then did he agree to refu

Bandit signs are illegal. They distract drivers, hinder groundskeeping workers, are a danger to people who post them and crews that remove them, and end up as neighborhood trash. My homeowner's association is very vigilant about having them removed by the City of Pensacola. Every time you place one in my neighborhood we have them removed only to have another one pop up. As this activity is illegal, we have included this information in our monthly homeowner's letter. Please stop posting signs in NE Pensacola.
