I had two windows replaced to accommodate a generator installation. The process had its share of early challenges, but Window Wall ultimately demonstrated their commitment to customer satisfaction. They weren’t the cheapest option, but I’m glad I chose them. Luis was exceptional. He arrived promptly, worked efficiently, and was genuinely pleasant throughout. He took the time to explain the work in detail and ensured everything was left immaculate. It’s refreshing to work with someone who takes such pride in their craft. I’m grateful I gave them the opportunity to make things right, and they delivered.

Window wall arrived on time and did an excellent job installing our new front door. The workers were knowledgeable and friendly. They answered all questions and they left the area as clean as it was when they arrived. We would definitely use window wall again. And I would recommend them to anyone needing a door or windows.

From the very beginning I was impressed with my sales rep Cory. When he showed me the material they used, I was onboard. Then the price sold me. The communication by Luis was excellent throughout each phase and I knew exactly what to expect. I truly wish all my service installers were as professional and fantastic as Marlon and leader Bismay. My project was five star from the sales person that came to my home to the installers. Everything was explained to me a product was shown to me before signing on the dotted line. The installers were fantastic, efficient and cleaned up better than I could’ve done myself. The technician came back to finish up the molding and the railings. Appointments were kept as per schedule, and the inspector was here as per schedule. The project was approved in a very timely manner. I cannot tell you how pleased I am knowing that in the event of another storm, I am safe with my new sliding doors. Thank you so much Window Wall for your excellent service and staff.
