Dillon was awesome to work with... super patient with me and went above and beyond to find a panel for my garage door (which was discontinued). He took several pictures for me and provided measurements/details I needed to make the best decision. Very happy with the info he provided, the way he set expectations, and follow through! Everyone I worked with at this facility was great! Very helpful folks here!

I love my new door!!! Outstanding quality! And extremely quiet! And, I worked for Windsor over 15 years ago so I know doors and I know quality! I am so impressed!

I purchased a black garage door with the glass going down the right side that I had for about seven months now that has issues where the trim around the glass is boking out ans Ive been calling this company for weeks and no one never answered at the company. I need a new door or some of my money back

I have had two door panels on order now from 2/06/2021 and to this day I have never had a phone call returned or any follow up at att. I have called more than twelve times to get some kind of answer and all I get is the run around. We will find out and call back ECT,. Never have I had any response. This is the first time I have ever posted a review and I hate that it's a negative one. I just hope that someone will see this and let me know what I can do to get me door fixed...
