They were super helpful and nice, and didn't pressure me too hard to pay for the extras.

Shame on ME for taking so long to find this place. Came here for laser wood left very satisfied and inspired. I just got the basics today, but seeing the quality and variety offered got the gears turning! I felt listened to, I was very well and kindly taken care of, and feel like I'll be coming back for life!

Went in on a slow saturday looking for some advice on plywood for a project. Staff was watching videos on their tablets and didn't look up until I asked for help. Asked for some opinions on what plywood to use and the guy said "whatever you want man". That was it, no further input. I was hoping to have some sort of conversation about what I was building and all the ply options they had. Left and got baltic birch from Home Depot instead. They do have a great selection of plywood and hardwood.

Always had great experiences here. Went in yesterday for some extra decking material and was basically told what I bought there last year doesn't exist. 3/4 x 7.5 inch fiberon board. Was steered to a 1 x 8 instead. It'll work, but since I framed a step from the deck to the yard, now I have to shorten the rungs 1/4 on the ladder that makes the step to compensate for the thicker material. It's the first time I've been there and felt like I was told what to buy vs. helping me buy what I wanted and what I bought a year ago. It's still a great place.
