This telephone line STILL needs to be fixed - it's been well over a year! They know there is a problem but still refuse to come out and fix it... I can't imagine this is safe. Really weird they would let it slide for so long. Or is it just me?!

Reliable service, BUT… latency was extremely bad (video is so much cleaner looking with new service, you don’t realize it until you see it!), the 15% $$ increase without any notice every year is ridiculous! They seem to have a problem with billing communication as I was also charged for a late fee when “they” failed to notify me of a new bill and charge😡. (Seemingly to cause me to waste hours of phone time to correct). I’ve never missed an email bill in 20 years of receiving all of my bills via email. It won’t be long before they start losing customers, if not already.

The worse Internet provider there is! It’s out more than it’s on , won’t replaced the bad wiring. I cancelled it and installed Starlink which works ALL the time! I love Starlink !!!

I am highly disappointed so far, I am (was) a new customer and scheduled my new kinetic internet to be installed this morning. When the technician was a NO-CALL/NO-SHOW, I called and was only able to talk to someone with such a heavy accent I couldn't understand. Basically they cancelled my order and didn't tell me. I'm still not sure why because of the accent, but they said it'll take 30 days?? Something about running out of equipment I think?? VERY unprofessional and no communication whatsoever. I am not sure if I will be a new customer in 30 days or not! Very unhappy.

Tyler did an excellent job in installing our new service! I was most impressed with his professional attitude and ability to explain the in’s and out’s to us! Fast and efficient service! A very happy customer!
