I can’t say enough positive things about Kevin and his team! He was very communicative and the invoice was very detailed with costs. Due to a back injury, I needed help getting my garden plot at Bellevue ready for the season. They took it from a thistle jungle to a well organized and fully planted garden. I’m continuing to work with him because of this great experience!

His attention to detail and professionalism were top-notch. He also cleaned my gutters just in time for winter, and the whole process was quick and affordable. It’s rare to find someone so reliable these days! If you’re in Wilmington or the surrounding area and need any property maintenance, I highly recommend.

The owner of this property really cares about the craft. I was able to schedule an emergency move out & move-in to a new place within the same day. They were able to move everything into my new apartment within hours. Arrived on time and showed professional courtesy to keep items from being damaged. Will definitely call on them again.

I had a ton of junk that I needed to be hauled out of my basement. I also needed leaf removal done & I called a few places in Delaware, and their prices were either too high or they weren’t available to get the job done that week.. Anyways I found Winn Property Maintenance on google, called them up, & a guy came out the the next day! He honestly did a great job, & was very professional!
