We were in town finishing a large project and needed a part at the last minute and decided we would give our business to a small business versus the big box stores, my husband went inside for the part , a female behind the counter was rude from the moment he started the transaction. He attempted to describe the part he needed and the female responded with If you don't know what it is How am I suppose to know and remained in her chair and looked away. Luckily a customer that was in the store overheard the conversation and helped him with the name of the part , it was a pex clamp . the female then proceeded to ask for his identification , we are still not sure why since the receipt simply reads cash customer. Beware of trying to return an item. They will stick you with a huge “re-stocking” fee! Ridiculous - guess we will not use them for our bathroom re- model going on! Big Mistake!!
