Skateboard driver here! Unloading was super fast, appointment was at 0800 the generous forklift operator gently knocked on my door at 0700 and got me unloaded in about 15 minutes. There is overnight parking available all around the building, as well as 2 truck stops about 1-2 miles up the road. If you want to get in and out, drive a skateboard and quit bumping docks 🤣!

This is a new distribution warehouse. As of now 12/22/2019 they are very fast in unloading. The shipping area is on the south side of the building and the receiving is on the north side. There is plenty of parking and it is an incredibly easy area for backing.

This place is a piece of crap, never come here Drivers and dispatchers, if you have a delivery at this location, cancel the load!!!

Place was great. Little tight getting down the street to the receiving area (if it’s open, maybe go through the shipping area and on the back of the building there is a “turn around” for receiving). Got there earlier than expected but they took me early since it wasn’t busy. Docked and paperwork back in hand in about 30 mins. Team was nice to work with. No issues on my side. Nice wide area to back into the docks.

They deserve zero stars,11am appointment leaving at 3pm appointment doesn’t work here if you’re dry van, flat bed i don’t know.lazy people working here I went in werehouse they’re watching phone and told me brake time
