The heavy set lady at the front desk and older gentleman had a really bad odor and was unprofessional didn’t want to answer any questions I had and was very short with me. Idk if they’re sister and brother but they have a very weird relationship and a bad odor to them.

Run while you can due to the stressed work environment and loss of business my card was charged 4 TIMES for a simple item and they continue to deny any fraud already reported them to th3 better business bureau absolutely unacceptable

Extremely rude and disrespectful. The guy with the glasses kept staring at my 11 year old daughter and trying to hold an explicit conversation with her. Please stay away from these guys. Thanks to OCDA for taking care of this situation

horibble service. I went here and the lady at the front asked if she could touch my hair. I told her it was fine. She then proceeded to PULL my hair and saying that i shouldnt be wearing an afro because this isnt africa. will never return.

If I could give 0 I would - the fact I'm taking time out to even write this shows my distain for this store - The whole time feeling like I was wrong for trying to get assistance, funny looks but not coming over to help and just ill mannered and unprofessional staff. Judging by these other reviews I'm not the only one
