With the pendemic, there have been numerous delays and they only just installed the granite counters and the stainless steel sink. CA221232 is the sink I purchased and was suppose to have racks in the bottom, but didn't. I learned the owner Sean Rooker substituted this sink for a a different model CASS16RC3260 and didn't tell me. It wasn't until the granite installers were putting in the sink last month I noticed it didn't have racks. I returned to the store and spoke to Michael. He didn't know why Sean didn't say anything to me about the exchange. He contacted the manufacturer and they sent racks. He said if they
