Well where do I start, this local distributor has been insurmountable when it comes to customer service. When I had customers down and couldn’t get parts in, Ty C. Came to the rescue on a Sunday even! Show me or tell me where any other store or rep would even fathom to come to the rescue like this! That is a person and team that has ethics and morals about doing the right thing and making sure no family suffers in emergency situations. Winsupply and especially Ty C. have been instrumental in our growth and how we do business. This is what I call an A-Team. When you are a dealer of theirs you will never be let down or disappointed. Recently started my own HVAC Company about a year ago, customer needed a warranty blower motor. Set up an account with (Tom), gave him my state license info, etc. Tom was excellent. A couple days later Ty took it upon himself to contact my old place of employment to notify them that I had done a warranty claim on a unit they installed about 4 years ago. he then closed my account. this seems very unethical, I called their corporate office and am waiting for a reply. 2/12/26 - The owner of the branch called me back this morning, explained to him the problem and situation. He said I can still use my account there to do my warranties and helped rectify the issues. If you have any issues there, call and ask to talk to the owner.

We used this company off and on over the years to varied degrees of satisfaction. Most recently, we had a Champion warranty issue and the Warranty Manager (?) Ty took it upon himself to contact the manufacturer and flag our warranty for some reason. Of all of the warranties that we have run through them, this was the one that he decides to flag. I went to another manager to get some understanding of why this was done. This must have really upset Ty, since he decided to call one of my CSR's and yell at and threaten her. They then informed us the next day that we can't do business with them anymore, which is perfectly fine since that decision was made on our side already. Beware trying to process warranties through Winsupply, as your money may ride on whether Ty likes you or not. We will be
