Tech came out same day I called. Diagnosed the problem quickly. Very happy to discover part was under warranty. Techs returned later in the day to repair. I only had to pay diagnostic and labor. Very fair, professional and efficient.

Our heat unit didn’t work on the coldest day of the year. We called Winter Haven Heat & Air. The lead technician, Dave Hill, was here within an hour. Our unit was 20 years old & needed to be replaced. Dave & his helper removed the old unit, took it away, cleaned up the area , & installed the new unit & cement pad. Dave arrived when he said he would, was pleasant, efficient, answered our questions & displayed the best Customer Service attitude I’ve seen (something that is rare these days). Price was in line, or better than other quotes. We’re extremely pleased with them & will tell others of our good experience. This is the same Company that installed our unit in the house we used to live in. They get a 5 star x 2 for both homes!

Honesty & Integrity I have to say that David from Winter Haven Air Conditioning went above and beyond to not only fix my a/c but to be honest and save me money. David came out, took one look at my a/c unit, made a simple suggestion for us to try to help fix the problem. He ended up not charging me for the service call and in my humble opinion he really showed a lot of integrity. When my husband came home he followed the advice, which ended up being very helpful and necessary. After that we knew we needed David to come back out and most likely add some Freon (or whatever they call it now) to the system.
