I highly recommend Winterwood Associates. They did a 900 sq foot addition onto my 1796 farmhouse. They blended the new with the old seamlessly and the original house and addition compliment each other perfectly in my opinion. I’m new to the area and didn’t know anyone. Joe made a difficult situation very easy. His experience and insight and design sense was a tremendous help. Winterwood Associates kept the project moving and on time. We had a large tree fall on our home which caused significant damage. It was certainly an emotional time for us. Thankfully, no one was hurt, but it was a daunting task to begin the process of rebuilding. We were out of our home for a long period of time. We thought that this giant project we entered would have bumps along the way. It did. But thanks to Joe Youk and his son Justin, none were very big! Even during supply chain uncertainty, and price hikes, they found ways to make things work. We had several hidden issues, but they were handled efficiently, and very much to our satisfaction. Their Subcontractors were equally incredible. The father/son Plumbers and Electricians showed a pride in their work that isn't easy to find. Their Mason, Framers, HVAC, Roof, Flooring, and Drywalling Professionals were friends to us by the time the job was finished. We had no second thoughts of having any of them in our home, even when we weren't there. As General Contractors, Project Managers, and sometimes Counselors, Winterwood Associates are an A+ Tea
