Absolutely horrible customer service. Initial contact was great. Sending pictures. Calling and even opening early one day. However once our fridge was delivered it’s been a nightmare since. The freezer didn’t work. Called and he came out. It was a temporary fix it broke again called and texted multiple times. No responses. Finally got a response saying he’d come out. We waited all day never called. Never showed. Texted a few times over the next week. No response. I called from a blocked number and he answered and said he’d be out later that afternoon. Again no call and no show. I will never use them again and going to look into how to report them to some sort of like business bureau or something

I personally had positive experience with this business. Their customer service was polite and very helpful. They listened and gave me an estimate, which they stuck with. The mechanic/technician, David, showed up at the exact scheduled time and fixed the issue within 30 minutes. He knew what he was doing as if he had done it a thousand times. This is my go to business

Two stars because initial contact was positive. They came in and evaluated the problem. They gave a solution (which turned out to be incorrect). Paid the $80 analysis fee and never heard from them again. After a few days, I reached out to Licensed professionals. I had to repay the analysis fee, but they deducted from the overall cost of repair. If you need Appliance work in Merced-Winton-Atwater, try Osborne Appliances. Licensed, quick, polite, and professional!

Winton Appliance Repair Was Johnny on the spot. He came to our house quickly and had the repair completed within 1/2 hour. They are very honest and tested the stove so we only had to replace 1 control. He answered our questions completely and even answered a couple of questions about our refrigerator without charging us for it. If we have a problem in the future, we will be calling Winton Appliance.
