The technician who came out was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and able to assess the problem the same day. In just a matter of days, they had my new unit installed—and they completed the entire job in just one day! Not only were they efficient, but they were also trustworthy in my home and very respectful about cleaning up after themselves. Called and told them what was going on with the fridge. They didn't show up. Called the next day on the way to the house expecting me to be there. When he did come he was rude and charged me $85 to vacuum under the fridge and said it should fix the problem....and said to text him of it didn't fix it. We'll, it didn't work, I text him and that's been a week ago. Still no word.

Rick was courteous and on time. Called and responded on time. Great job. Good work ethics. Will definitely refer him to others. Prices were reasonable. No complaints at all.
