I wish I could give them 10 stars out of 5. We had been without power & heat for 3 days. Ralph came out (early at that!) and fixed the issue without 20 minutes. My hero! I have never been so happy to hear my heat kick on. They were scheduled through my home warranty and I’m always nervous about how it will all play out but if we have any other electrical issues I will 100% be begging for this company to come back out. Highly, HIGHLY recommend. Request Ralph! Super friendly, understanding of my messy house/ my early morning brain and made me feel informed throughout the whole process. Call them! WireNuts was scheduled through my warranty company. Ralph’s customer service was exceptional. He walked me through everything from the time he called and introduced himself to the time he left my home. He cleaned up after himself. He was respectful and his comfortability of me being present as he worked made this service call all the more exceptional. I will definitely be saving WireNuts in my contacts.

5 stars for Wirenuts!!!!! This is the 2nd time I have called them for help with live wires that needed attention. About 2 years ago in the basement of one home they took great care of us in a timely fashion and at a reasonable cost. Now again today at another property, Bryce took time out of his personal day make sure a live wire was cut so that our roof guy could safely complete his job. I appreciate that Bryce was able to get there so quickly to identify & resolve the issue! Thank you so much and may your business multiply 1000 fold!
