Wisconsin Well & Water Systems

March 2025 I sent a contract, and place the deposit of 5,000 Dollars with the promise of the well being done in 3 months. 8 months later, I still have no water. Winter is coming there is no digging in cold weather, I waited patiently and after many attempts to get a final project date, they couldn’t give me an specific date.They always gave me an excuse for not doing the work, the last attempt was in September and they send me a cancelletion to not start the project. I finally decided to cancel the contract and get a refund. They kept 300$ and returned the rest. That doesn’t seem right. I signed and put a deposit in good faith. Only to be deceived and robbed of 300$ for work that was never started. I’m very dissapointed in time, customer service, and money lost.

Highly recommended, good communication and process. My old well and pump went out and they were able to get everything taken care of. They were pretty busy but got us scheduled and worked hard to get us water and connected to the house. Thank you Wisconsin Well!

After I discovered my well pump had cracked over winter. We contacted Wisconsin well and water systems LLC, and the next business day they sent out their technician Randy to change out my shallow well pump. Within an hour and a half my well was working good, but a couple days later I was having lower water pressure, and water flow. l then called back and spoke to Randy about my concerns, and he recommended I replace the brass check valve on the well pipe (because of the age of the well). So in the hopes of trying to save a little money I replace this part myself, but then I lost prime to my well. After several attempts of me trying to reprime my well with no success, I once again contacted Randy, and he stopped by the next business day to help me reprime my well. The process took him less

I can’t say enough good things about this company. In an area where it’s hard to get home service and trades companies to even answer the phone or call back, these folks are great communicators and awesome to work with. At every step they have shared their expertise, made appropriate recommendations, did great work exactly when they said they would, how they said they would. What a relief. They clearly care about running a great business. Thank you for all the help on our properties!!
