This company is phenomenal! Real life saving and convenient. They usually deliver your oil within 24 hrs of ordering when its not the busy winter season (March-May I would say). Also the gentleman who delivers the oil to my home always calls to let me know hes on the way. Top notch customer service.

What oil company makes a delivery on a Saturday morning at 6am? No consideration for the neighbors of their customers when their trucks are so noisy they rattle the windows in a house they are not even delivering to. Horrible and inconsiderate!

Does not matter. You don't say your calling the police on a handicapped person. Especially one who is telling you he is handicapped and a stroke patient who's trying to get a credit card ready for you, however he keeps getting hung up on after being told that police is coming to his house. He called once he got reach of his card and paid to a much nicer person this time who apologized in behalf of Lisa's actions. You’ve got it twisted. When we ordered a delivery on Monday the lady whom my father spoke to said yes she will accept a payment in form of a check. When the delivery came in on Wednesday the driver never bothered to ring the bell nor did he call when he always calls before pumping fuel in the tank. I was getting a delivery of oil in Levittown when my dog got loose the delivery driver went out of his way to secure the dog so he wouldn’t runoff. This company takes professionalism to heart. Do NOT use this company! I placed an order via codfuel on 19-Jan for delivery on Fri 23-Jan, it was a Cash payment delivery. The driver came, did not ring the doorbell, just knocked twice and literally walked away right after knocking. By the time my Husband made it to the door he was already driving away. I called them only to get yelled at by the person who answered the phone, there goes Customer Service. She said how "no one opened the door and they had 700 deliveries to make" so I guess they expected me to be standing by my door and open it immediately. We had a snowstorm this weekend and I didn't get the oil delivery and additionally got billed $20 for "cancelled delivery" when I didn't cancel it and was home with the cash in hand.
