Terrible workmanship. Adam is very rude, very unprofessional screaming at me. All the issues created by Installers. Installers did a terrible job. Cutting up the cold air return. Leaving holes and gaps where filter bracket connects to furnace and cold air ductwork. All the holes, gaps let dust blow out everywhere causing allergic reaction for me of swollen nasal passage, eyes, throat burning. Alex admitted he neglected to check the installation. Installers never ran furnace to see if all ok. Blower speed was way to high for the size of ductwork per Alex so he had adjust. Alex had to come back and fix the issues created by Installers. The furnace filter bracket is still not sealed and letting air/dust come up on side of furnace and cold air return ductwork in the air. I have a 2 yr w

I want to especially Thank Alex for taking time after his last call on Friday - he came to diagnose the no signal on my AC. He was able to find a faulty switch and rewire it. Contacted Wise Heating & Cooling about our 20 year old air conditioner that stopped working during the 95 degree heat wave. The service tech promptly arrived and determined the problem part. He explained the pros/cons of a replacement part or installing a new unit, no pressure either way. The part is working great and we're cool & happy!

This company does an outstanding job on any heating or cooling service you might need.We have used them for over 10 years servicing our furnace and A/C unit including installing a MINI-SPLIT in our great room.The technician's are knowledgeable friendly and very careful keeping traffic clean while in the house.I HIGHLY recommend these folks for ANY of your heating or HVAC concerns !

Had to get a new A.C. last Friday. Shopping around stuck. But when I came across this company they made things much smoother and was very kind. They explain things to me and showed me different products that would work best for me and my family. I also finance through them and it was the best deal I have found. The guys who came out were , polite and very clean about about taking out my old A.C. and putting the new one in. The best company in and around my area.
