Here’s the story of why I now refer to Will at Wise Mechanical as “Hero.” I manage a property where the AC went out while a guest was staying there. The owner told me she has an HVAC company she uses and insisted we use him for any and all work. When they were not available to do an after hours call, she agreed to let me call Will. He showed up within 30 minutes of calling him at 6pm which was awesome in and of itself. He’s 15 minutes into diagnosing the problem when the owner calls and tells me her guy is in route and to send my guy home. Embarrassed, I ask Will to pack up, which he graciously does. Did a great job came out same day fixed small issue. Told me A/C was in good shape for age of unit(18 years). Will be calling them back for any of my A/C needs. Have 99 problems and my A/C ain’t one.
