We are currently building home; and during the process of contracting the sales staff informed us that we were going to have to make selections at the Wisenbaker Builder Services Design Center studio. After contracting with GEHAN homes the Design Studio reached out to schedule an appointment. When they reached us to schedule an appointment we scheduled two different appointments during the week. During the appointments they gave us the ability to make our selections, review the Design Center Options and come back with updates. Moreover, the staff who was working with us really did an excellent job providing recommendations and listening to our needs, wants and budget. Forced to use them for warranty work because my home builder chose them. It has taken many visits over a span of 2 yrs to get the same problem right and we still going....quality work doesn't seem to be part of the 'service' provided. I'd like to be done with WB at some point.

This is a design center for multiple builders, including Meritage Homes. Most business is done by appointment ONLY, however, there is an unassisted browse time from 4pm to 7pm on Wednesdays. Prices are not listed, with "group levels" being the only indicator of price range. The staff is friendly, and knowledgeable in design.

The worst group to deal with. Call to make appointments, but then don't show up on time. This has happened more than once. Quality is terrible. Communication is terrible. Avoid at all cost

Their guys know what they’re doing. You can trust them to get it right the first time.
