Walked in this place to buy material for my flip house. Wasn’t greeted buy a single person but 4 guys standing there looking at me as if I was in the wrong place. Prices are not the best either save your money!

Just stopped in Winnelson Plumbing Supplies for parts to stop my leaking shower. Evan the sales person at the front desk was very polite helpful and answered any and all questions I had. Excellent customer service. I took the part that was bad along with me ; Evan matched me apples to apples, gave a couple tips and 🔥🔥🔥bam! In and out 5 minutes! Thank you Evan for the wonderful customer service!

We needed a tub faucet cartridge and the repairman left at 12:45 on Saturday. We called and let them know we were on our way. We got there 2-3 min. After close which is 1:00 on Saturday. Ed was kind and welcoming. He stayed late and helped us. We have water this weekend because of their amazing customer service! Thank you !

VERY PLEASED! We purchased a new water from this company through our plumber. The guys I talked to were very helpful in helping us decide which type and size water heater we needed. They were very patient with me as I didn't know anything about water heaters. They are now our new best supplier. I will be back.
