Very slow to process order. Very helpful in knowing exactly what I needed and what was in stock, but it took 7 days to get the piece I could have gotten in 2 hrs if I drove there. I expected 2 days maybe 3 for it to be shipped. I told him it was an emergency and I would pay to have it overnighted, but it took 6 business days to get it.

Great store. But takes forever to buy stuff and get out. Poor butch has to enter everything by hand. This is the 21st century. But Grosvenors can't use bar codes or a scanner. What's up with this ? Its why I try not to come here to buy supplies. If I'm 3rd in line. You can guarantee ill be waiting 30 min max. Get with the times GROSVENORS!!!!!!!!!!!

Go there and get personal service. Get measured for pro knee, knee pads. And have a knowledgable conversation with andy and tiago .

Great place for flooring supplies.. Open to the public Andy is a good guy that works there
